Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dynatrace Systems Analyst to lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise observability solutions. This role will focus on deploying full-stack monitoring, building enterprise dashboards, leveraging AI-driven alerting, and integrating cloud monitoring solutions to improve application performance and incident response across complex web, mobile, and microservices environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Dynatrace full-stack monitoring across web, mobile, and cloud-native applications.
• Configure Real User Monitoring (RUM) to measure application performance and user experience.
• Design and maintain "Single Pane of Glass" dashboards to monitor application health, microservices, APIs, and system integrations.
• Configure Davis AI for intelligent alerting, dynamic thresholds, anomaly detection, and proactive incident management.
• Integrate Dynatrace with PagerDuty and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) monitoring tools to streamline incident response.
• Monitor and troubleshoot complex backend microservices, distributed applications, and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, application development, and support teams to improve observability and system reliability.
• Analyze application performance trends and recommend optimization strategies.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience administering and implementing Dynatrace in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Dynatrace Administration, including OneAgent, dashboards, alerting, management zones, and AI-powered monitoring.
• Experience implementing Real User Monitoring (RUM) for web and mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience with Davis AI, dynamic thresholds, and intelligent alerting.
• Experience integrating Dynatrace, PagerDuty, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, APIs, and microservices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
