Our client is looking Specialized Software Developer III (Java) in St Louis, MO below is the detailed requirements.

Job Title : Specialized Software Developer III (Java)

Location : St Louis, MO / Denver, CO (Onsite)

Job Description:

Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.
Should have 10+ years overall and 8+ years hands-on with Java (11+) and Spring Boot
Should have Deep Oracle expertise — PL/SQL, performance tuning, query optimization, data modeling
Should have Strong Kafka experience — producers, consumers, Kafka Streams, schema registry
Must have Telecom, network/mobile provisioning, or billing systems experience
Should have Proven delivery of large-scale distributed systems in production
Should have RESTful API design, microservices patterns, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes
Should have AI literacy — ability to evaluate AI tools and apply them to engineering problems
Nice to have experience in MNO or MVNO experience
Nice to have experience in AI/ML platforms
Should be Influence-based technical leadership across teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
