Description
We are looking for a skilled Systems Analyst to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a contract position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the integration of electronic data exchanges and interface systems. The role involves collaborating with multiple vendors, analyzing data structures, and ensuring seamless testing and implementation of system interfaces.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and design elements for module and system integration.
Analyze data structures and provide expert guidance on data mapping and system configurations.
Review and oversee coding and configurations developed for managing data exchanges between various modules and trading partners.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data for validating software changes.
Facilitate interface testing, trading partner testing, and end-to-end testing across multiple systems and vendors.
Lead defect triage sessions, ensuring efficient tracking and resolution of issues across teams.
Monitor project schedules, track testing execution progress, and communicate risks or issues promptly.
Prepare and deliver detailed test results, metrics, and summary reports to leadership.
Act as a liaison between vendors, business users, and module teams to troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all tasks.
Requirements
Proficiency in Active Directory and system analysis.
Experience with creating and managing Business Requirement Documents.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and IBM platforms.
Ability to work with interface workflows and batch file processing.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead defect management and triage sessions across multiple teams.
Excellent communication skills for reporting progress and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Capability to manage deadlines, organize tasks efficiently, and work independently with minimal supervision.
