Job Description:

RSA Security is seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise Quote-to-Cash solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, CPQ processes, pricing and quoting strategies, and end-to-end revenue lifecycle management. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture and solution design for Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced implementations.Define end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes including Product Configuration, Pricing, Quoting, Contracting, Amendments, Renewals, and Billing integrations.Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.Drive solution governance, architecture reviews, and technical best practices.Design and oversee development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities.Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize revenue operations and sales processes.Provide technical leadership to Salesforce development and implementation teams.Ensure integration architecture aligns with enterprise systems including ERP, Finance, and third-party applications.Conduct design workshops and support executive-level discussions.Mentor junior architects and development teams.
