Support Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Support Engineer in Redmond, WA.

Responsibilities:
* Work closely with Studio Management, various Directors and Leads to understand and act upon the studio's IT related needs
* Perform PC Hardware procurement, setup, and recycling
* Field requests for information technology services, repairs, upgrades, support, inquires or complaints
* Manage PC and parts inventory for the studio
* Handle user account management
* Provide IT support internally and externally to partner teams involved in game creation
* Work with the larger Microsoft IT teams to engage on best practices and working through technical concerns

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 2 years in a procurement position; Prior experience in a game development studio is welcome but not required
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft services such as Azure Active Directory and Azure DevOps
* Scripting language experience (Python, C#, or PowerShell) is a plus
* Experience in supporting multiple OSes is a bonus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
