Lead regular status meetings and provide transparent updates on project milestones, performance data, and strategic roadmaps.
Strategic Delivery & Collaboration:
Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure every project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Translate high-level client goals into clear, actionable creative and technical briefs that empower internal teams to excel.
Support the development and presentation of creative ideas, acting as the final "quality check" to ensure they align with the client's objectives.
Foster a unified team approach by syncing with specialists in Strategy, Creative, Brand, and Technology to ensure all workstreams are aligned.
Growth & Performance:
Spot organic growth opportunities during ongoing client conversations, proposing new projects and services that drive additional revenue.
Contribute to long-term account health by participating in strategic planning and assisting in the development of new business proposals and scopes.

Partner with Project Management to track account burn rates, manage budgets, and oversee the invoicing and approval process.
Lead the creation of essential account materials, including scopes of work (SOWs), and cost estimates.
Skills & Qualifications
3 or more years of experience in account management or client services within a digital, marketing, or design agency
Proven experience managing multiple digital projects, including web development, brand, strategy, or design
Demonstrated success managing a diverse portfolio of clients with a combined annual revenue of $2-3M+
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for presenting complex ideas clearly to both technical teams and non-technical clients
