Salary: $92,000 - $135,000 per year

Job DetailsThe Construction Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects throughout Northern Arizona, with a heavy focus on tenant improvements and occupied-space renovations. This role is ideal for a hands-on field leader who thrives in active environments where communication, coordination, quality control, and scheduling are critical.
Projects typically range from $500K-$2M and include healthcare, commercial, and institutional renovations.
Reporting directly to the Director of Field Operations, this individual will play a key role in maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and field personnel
- Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or conflicts
- Oversee projects in occupied and operational environments with minimal disruption
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control procedures, and project specifications
- Conduct daily site walks, progress meetings, and subcontractor coordination
- Manage inspection processes and ensure work passes required inspections
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and engineers
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Promote a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
Qualifications
5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent for a commercial general contractor
Experience managing commercial tenant improvement and renovation projects
Experience working in occupied spaces
Strong inspection coordination and quality control experience
Experience managing projects ranging from approximately $500K-$2M
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Healthcare construction experience
OSHA certification
Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, or similar project management software
Scheduling software experience
