- Experience supporting large-scale transformation technology or business projects.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.
- Proficiency in Power BI Dashboard Development.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience with Microsoft Planner.
- Experience with Microsoft Project (MS Project).
- Proficiency in Jira for Agile Project Tracking.
- Knowledge of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Experience with Project Governance and Reporting.
- Experience with RAID Management.
- Experience with Portfolio Reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform business analysis and project coordination (PCO) duties.
- Support large-scale transformation initiatives across technology and business sectors.
- Utilize Power BI to develop and maintain project dashboards.
- Manage project schedules and tasks using MS Project and Microsoft Planner.
- Track agile project progress and issues within Jira.
- Maintain project governance standards and deliver portfolio reporting.
- Manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions) logs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
