Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SDET / QA Automation Engineer to join a fast-paced engineering team. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building automation frameworks, testing across UI, API, backend and database layers, and improving software quality.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python, Playwright and Selenium
Build automated tests for web applications, APIs, backend systems and end-to-end workflows
Develop reusable automation libraries and testing utilities
Perform UI, API, integration, regression, functional and database testing
Write SQL queries for data validation and backend troubleshooting
Support automation framework modernization and migration
Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis
Collaborate with developers, product teams and business stakeholders
Participate in code reviews and improve automation best practices
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in SDET, QA Automation or Software Quality Engineering
Strong hands-on Python programming
Strong hands-on Playwright automation
Experience with Selenium
Experience building automation frameworks from the ground up
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and design patterns
Strong API testing and debugging experience
Advanced SQL skills including joins and data validation
Experience with end-to-end UI, API and database automation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
