Business Intelligence Analyst -
A growing organization is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for a direct hire opportunity supporting analytics, reporting, and strategic decision making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex data into clear insights that strengthen operational performance and guide business strategy. The position follows a full time Monday-Friday schedule and requires working on site two days per week in St. Cloud, MN.

What You'll Do
- Collect, validate, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SSRS).
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable visualizations and insights for leadership.
- Partner with business teams to define key metrics and align reporting with organizational goals.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across analytics systems.
- Support documentation, reporting standards, and continuous process improvements.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar analytical function.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Hands on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Experience with SSRS or related reporting technologies.
- Strong Excel skills and understanding of KPIs, data models, and reporting best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving abilities; strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Background in operations, financial services, or a high volume service environment.
Work Setting & Schedule
- Direct hire position
- Full time, Monday-Friday
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days per week on site in St. Cloud, MN
Compensation
- Salary range: $67,000 - $83,000 annually
- Final compensation is based on experience, skill set, and job related qualifications.
