In this role, you won't just be "talking" about AI-you will be identifying, piloting, and scaling high-value use cases that directly improve productivity, decision-making, and user experience across the enterprise. You will act as the primary catalyst for innovation, ensuring that new technologies are secure, reliable, and deeply integrated into the daily workflows of the organization.

responsibilities:
- Strategy & Delivery: Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities aligned with measurable business outcomes. Lead pilots from initial prototype through to scalable, supportable operations.
- AI Enablement: Drive the responsible deployment of tools like Microsoft Copilot. Create reusable assets, including prompt libraries and standardized workflows, to accelerate company-wide adoption.
- Governance & Ethics: Establish "lightweight" guardrails for AI usage, focusing on data privacy, ethics, and security without stifling innovation.
- Change Management: Partner with cross-functional teams (Data/BI, Infrastructure, and Security) to coordinate training and communications, helping employees embrace AI-driven workflows.
- Measurement: Define and track success metrics and KPIs to prove the value realization of AI initiatives.
- Mentorship: Directly supervise and develop an IT Intern and specialized contractors to support innovation projects.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience delivering technology initiatives (AI, analytics, automation, or platform implementations) within a business environment.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical business leaders.
- Experience leading technical pilots from concept through implementation, including change management.
- Practical understanding of data privacy, information security concepts, and technology risk.
- Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments. - Preferred
