Job Description

Description of the job functions the contractor will be expected to perform.

Client is currently seeking Applinx Web developers to continue maintaining the Applinx web development modernization designs that have been implemented in the JAWS and MAVERICS legacy applications. Limitedenhancements may also be needed as necessary. MDHS is seeking consultant services to collaborate with Client's Sstaff to properly incorporate, test and implement changes and provide a transfer of knowledge so that MDHS staff can support said services comfortably. Skills should include an experienced ApplinX/Web professional able to establish an support ApplinX-related operations according to best practices-ApplinX servers, ApplinX designer seats, ApplinX applications, ApplinX web applications, and ApplinX NATAPX hosts.

Required Skills/Experience

7+ years in JAVA
Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Applinx solutions
Experience in working with ApplinX version 11 or later
Experience in working with customers to build and formulate business requirements
Knowledge of agile software development
Good working knowledge of modern web technologies (e.g. HTML,CSS, JavaScript) and intergration methods
Programming skill in JAVA or Microsoft .NET
Candidate must have strong analytical ability to structure well-performing websites
Candidate must have strong communication skills: written, oral, and presentation
Linux RHEL 8.10 Intermediate Required
Programming Language/Development Tools : JavaServer Pages (JSP) and services.
Java Script, and JQuery)
SQL Server Advanced Preferred
(SOAP/REST)
Adabas Required
Jira Software Preferred
Agile - Preferred
QA Testing Advanced Required
