You'll help design and build scalable, high-performance applications across the full stack, with a strong focus on backend architecture. This is a great opportunity to work with modern technologies while influencing technical direction and mentoring other engineers.

What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable backend services using Node.js, GraphQL, and Java/Kotlin (Spring Boot)
• Develop and maintain modern, responsive frontend applications using React
• Optimize and manage PostgreSQL databases for performance and scalability
• Lead architecture discussions, design decisions, and code reviews
• Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices
• Partner closely with product teams to define features and delivery timelines
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges across the full stack

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5-10 years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience across backend, frontend, and databases

Technical Expertise

• Node.js and server-side JavaScript
• Java and/or Kotlin with Spring Boot
• GraphQL (schema design and performance optimization)
• React (advanced patterns, state management, performance tuning)
• PostgreSQL (query optimization, schema design)
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and system architecture

Nice-to-Have:

• Prisma ORM, JPA, database migrations
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure)
• CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries
