Requirements 3 or more years of experience in Tier 2 desktop support, hardware deployment, and operating system troubleshooting. Proficiency in Microsoft SCCM (MECM) and Intune for device health, software deployment, and compliance. Experience with configuring, repairing, and troubleshooting Windows workstations, laptops, docking stations, and Mac hardware. Experience in installing, configuring, and supporting network multifunction printers, scanners, and peripherals. Experience with IT service
