Someone to pick up and drive implementation of our full suite of MVPs for data management space
This role will be heavily client facing and is not part of a larger so strong communication and client presence will be key.
DBT experience, performance optimization in both Databricks & Kafka and need to have advanced development scenarios in Data engineering pipelines.

As a Senior Associate Data Engineer specializing in Business Intelligence (BI) and Visualization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, data models, and reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and data scientists to ensure the availability of high-quality, actionable insights through intuitive and interactive visualizations.
Your Impact
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to support BI and reporting needs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into data models and visualizations.
Implement and optimize data warehouses, data lakes, and reporting solutions using tools such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity by implementing data governance and best practices.
Automate data processing and reporting workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate BI solutions with enterprise data platforms and applications.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on BI and visualization best practices.
Stay updated on emerging trends in BI, data visualization, and analytics to drive innovation.
Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in data engineering, BI development, or data visualization.
Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
Proficiency in cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) and data warehousing solutions.
Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data manipulation and automation.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
