Job Description
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst IV to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in global asset management, supply and demand allocation, ERP systems, and supply chain planning and a proven ability to optimize inbound supply visibility, coordinate purchase order releases, and maintain accurate allocations across demand channels.
Responsibilities:
- Review inbound freight information to accurately indicate receipt of supply at distribution centers.
- Coordinate weekly purchase order releases and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
- Update allocation of total supply across demand channels daily based on inbound freight reports and supply projection models.
- Coordinate scheduled uploads of allocation information and factory commits into Oracle Fusion.
- Develop and maintain coordinated relationships with cross-functional partners including Supply Planners, Freight, Procurement, and CE teams.
- Document and help streamline existing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze inventory and freight reports, reconcile discrepancies, and drive resolution.
- Experience with ERP systems; Oracle Fusion preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience with planning systems and supply chain or supply planning processes.
- Bachelor's degree with related experience in a similar role or function.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion supply and allocation processes.
- Background in coordinating cross-functional initiatives across planning, freight, and procurement.
