Scrum Master (IT Project Manager) for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Plan IT projects. Review scrum practices, Agile principles, sprints, risks, Enterprise Credit Risk IT processes, performance, metrics, requirements, application development, Enterprise Change methodology process, project and value deliverables, governance, status reporting, backlog refinement, dependencies, roadmaps, epics, user stories, technical debt, products. Collaborate with stakeholders and teams, liaise between business and product owners, monitor products and project execution, identify project resources, develop functional specifications, validate data. Maintain documentation, identify problems, satisfy client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate test plans and scenarios. Use Java, J2EE, SharePoint, JIRA, SQL, Confluence, APIs, data flows, TOAD, SDLC, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience reviewing requirements, epics, stories, products; collaborating with stakeholders; developing functional specifications; validating data; formulating test plans and scenarios; using Agile, Java, J2EE, SQL, SDLC, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $142,086 to $142,100/yr.
