Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager or Director to oversee and optimize technology systems while ensuring seamless operations for our organization. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage infrastructure, lead a team, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and security. Based in Tempe, Arizona, this position offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and deliver impactful technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the management and maintenance of Active Directory systems to ensure secure and efficient user access.
Develop and implement backup strategies to safeguard data and ensure reliable recovery processes.
Manage and configure Cisco technologies to optimize network performance and security.
Supervise the installation, repair, and maintenance of computer hardware across the organization.
Establish and monitor configuration management protocols to maintain system consistency and compliance.
Lead the IT team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals and deliver high-quality service.
Conduct regular assessments of technology infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement upgrades.
Collaborate with other departments to align IT strategies with organizational objectives.
Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards and practices to protect sensitive information.
Monitor IT budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience managing IT systems, including Active Directory administration.
Expertise in backup technologies and strategies for data protection.
In-depth knowledge of Cisco technologies and their application in network management.
Strong understanding of computer hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Familiarity with configuration management principles and tools.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for assessing and improving IT infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
