Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership and Delivery
Provide day?to?day technical direction, coaching, and support for Salesforce developers
Drive Sprint delivery by breaking down complex features into clear, actionable, technical tasks
Ensure all user stories meet Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) from a technical perspective
Own delivery predictability in partnership with the Delivery Manager to keep Sprints on track and remove technical blockers
Engineering Quality and Standards
Lead and maintain the code review process, ensuring adherence to engineering standards, best practices, and security guidelines
Champion automation, CI/CD adoption, and effective testing and quality?engineering practices
Identify, prioritize, and manage technical debt within the team, ensuring long?term platform health
Support release readiness and oversee technical aspects of deployments and production stability
Architecture and Decision?Making
Partner with the Solution Architect to make architectural decisions and ensure cohesive, scalable solution design
Make final technical decisions within the delivery team and ensure the alignment of solutions with architectural roadmaps and enterprise guidelines
Override Product Owner on technical priority decisions when necessary to protect platform integrity and delivery quality
Qualifications:
5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs)
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and limits
Experience leading development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Hands?on experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to guide teams and influence technical direction
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, etc.)
Experience in enterprise?scale Salesforce orgs with complex integration patterns
Background in release management or platform governance
The salary range for this role is $135,000 to $195,000 or the hourly equivalent.
