Facilities Project Manager - Data Center (HVAC & Mechanical Focus)

Location: Remote (Preferred locations: NY, CO, AZ, or OH)
Travel: Required
Client is hiring a Facilities Project Manager with strong HVAC, cooling, and mechanical experience to support data center and ILA (In-Line Amplifier) infrastructure projects. This is an owner-side role focused on delivering mission-critical facilities that support continuous uptime.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end facilities projects within data center environments
• Lead delivery of HVAC, cooling systems, and mechanical infrastructure
• Coordinate engineers, contractors, vendors, inspectors, and commissioning teams
• Oversee project planning, execution, scheduling, and turnover
• Drive commissioning and operational readiness to ensure systems are fully live at handoff
• Support facility build-outs, retrofits, and environments supporting rack & stack operations

Required Experience

• Project management experience in data centers or mission-critical facilities
• Hands-on knowledge of HVAC and cooling systems
• Experience with data center operations
• Strong project planning and coordination skills
• Ability to manage MEP drawings, submittals, and commissioning activities

Nice to Have

• Experience in hyperscale, colocation, or telecom facilities
• Prior owner-side project management experience

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Bethpage, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
