We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with 5-7 years of hands-on experience leading global technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation and a proven track record of transitioning into project management roles. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of global IT infrastructure and cloud projects.
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, track progress, and mitigate risks.
Ensure alignment with business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills

5-7 years of experience managing global IT projects, preferably in financial services or related industries.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in:
Linux and Windows system administration and upgrades
Citrix administration and upgrades
Networking (LAN/WAN)
Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, VMware Cloud (VMC)
Disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Experience transitioning workloads to hybrid/public cloud environments.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence, ServiceNow).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in high-pressure environments.
Experience working in remote and distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
Experience in banking, hedge funds, asset management, or investment banking.
Knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks.
Exposure to regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
