Description We are seeking a
Contract Agency Marketing Strategist to support a
new business pitch tied to a prospective client opportunity. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer with strong agency experience, a sharp business development mindset, and deep
shopper/trade marketing expertise.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead and develop marketing strategy for a new business/pitch opportunity
- Bring senior-level strategic thinking to pitch development and business development efforts
- Partner closely with creative, account, and cross-functional agency teams to shape pitch materials and recommendations
- Translate client business challenges into clear, insight-driven marketing strategies
- Contribute to the development of strategic positioning, messaging, and go-to-market thinking
- Help craft persuasive pitch storytelling rooted in strong marketing fundamentals and trade/shopper expertis
Requirements What We're Looking For- Strong background inmarketing strategy, ideally within an agency environment
- Proven experience supportingnew business pitchesand broaderbusiness development initiatives
- Trade/shopper marketing experience is required
- Ability to contribute at asenior strategist level
- Collaborative approach with experience working across creative, account, and strategy teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Background- Agency experience supporting brand, retail, shopper, or trade marketing initiatives
- Experience building strategic frameworks and pitch narratives for prospective clients
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven pitch environment
