Description Our client is seeking a
Contract Creative Lead to support a
new business pitch and client acquisition initiative. This role will be instrumental in shaping the creative direction for a high-priority pitch opportunity and partnering with a broader agency team to develop compelling, strategically grounded work.
You will be supporting a pitch for a new client opportunity as part of a broader business development initiative. The focus of this role is to help lead and elevate the creative vision for the pitch while ensuring ideas are relevant, persuasive, and grounded in strong shopper/trade marketing experience.
What the Day-to-Day Looks Like- Lead creative direction for a new business pitch
- Contribute strategic and creative thinking to pitch development
- Collaborate with cross-functional agency partners to shape pitch concepts and presentation materials
- Ensure all creative output aligns with client needs and business objectives
- Bring a strong understanding of shopper/trade marketing to inform ideas and recommendations
- Help develop compelling creative that supports client acquisition efforts
Requirements Top Must-Haves- Shopper/trade marketing experience is required
- Proven ability tosupport and lead creative work for new business pitches
- Strong creative leadership and presentation development skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within an agency team environment
Technical / Professional Requirements- Deep experience inshopper/trade marketing
- Experience contributing to or leadingnew business / pitch creative
- Comfort working across concepting, creative development, and pitch storytelling
- Agency experience preferred
