Technical Writer 

Responsibilities:

· Revamp existing IT documentation for structure, clarity, and usability

· Set up and maintain enterprise documentation repositories in Confluence and SharePoint

· Create new technical documentation including network diagrams, SOPs, and process guides

· Collaborate with IT stakeholders across teams and business units to gather requirements

· Define and enforce documentation standards, templates, and best practices

· Ensure documentation is user-friendly, accurate, and accessible to both technical and non-technical teams

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Technical Writer supporting IT infrastructure or enterprise systems

· Skilled in creating technical diagrams using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools

· Demonstrated ability to write SOPs, IT policies, and process documentation

· Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience supporting global teams across time zones

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

· Strong expertise with Confluence (repository setup, templates, permissions)
