Location: Charlotte, NC / Chandler, AZ / Dallas (Irving), TX - Hybrid

Contract Length: 6mo

Pay Rate: $69 - $74
Top Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container security (must-have)

Experience with Wiz (CNAPP) and cloud security engineering in Azure/Google Cloud Platform environments

Advanced Python scripting/automation skills

Plusses:

Experience integrating CNAPP tools with CI/CD pipelines and SIEM/SOAR platforms

Knowledge of vulnerability management and application security

Experience in regulated enterprise environments

Familiarity with cloud security frameworks (CSA, CIS, NIST)

Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSK, CKS, Azure/Google Cloud Platform certs)

Job Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Information Security Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Information Security Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and manage Wiz CNAPP platform across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes)
• Onboard cloud accounts, subscriptions, and Kubernetes clusters into Wiz
• Integrate Wiz with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps workflows
• Deploy and manage Wiz sensors for container and cloud workload visibility
• Automate onboarding, upgrades, and lifecycle management of security sensors
• Enable and optimize container registry scanning across enterprise platforms
• Monitor and tune vulnerability detection, container security events, and attack path exposure
• Act as SME for Wiz capabilities, best practices, and roadmap features
• Support vulnerability management efforts by validating findings and reducing false positives
• Troubleshoot and resolve security tool issues and escalation cases
• Develop automation scripts using Python to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with global teams (U.S. and India) on security initiatives
• Contribute to internal tooling, code quality improvements, and security platform enhancements
