The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in GitLab-based CI/CD, strong cloud experience (AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform), and a solid understanding of containerized environments. • Analyze and leverage existing pipeline frameworks, while creating new pipelines for additional use cases
  • Partner with AI/ML development teams to right-size infrastructure and ensure efficient scaling of containerized applications
  • Monitor and optimize platform performance, resource utilization, and deployment processes
  • Support and contribute to the migration of cloud environments from AWS to Google Cloud Platform
  • Provide infrastructure guidance around containerization strategies and best practices
  • Ensure deployment pipelines are reliable, repeatable, and aligned with organizational standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Document pipeline processes, standards, and operational procedures
Qualifications
Required
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure roles
  • Strong hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines, especially with GitLab
  • Proven ability to read, understand, and extend existing pipeline architectures
  • Experience in at least one major cloud platform: AWS or Google Cloud Platform
  • Familiarity with CI/CD or workflows or similar deployment orchestration tools
  • Experience working with containerized environments from an infrastructure perspective
  • Strong understanding of scalability, system performance, and resource optimization
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or container orchestration platforms
  • Exposure to Kore.AI platform
  • Background in NLP, machine learning, or AI-driven applications
  • Knowledge of SIP or Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies
  • Experience supporting or executing cloud migrations (AWS to Google Cloud Platform)
