SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer with a strong background in CI/CD pipeline development and cloud infrastructure to support a growing AI-driven platform environment. This role will focus on designing, enhancing, and maintaining automated deployment pipelines, while collaborating closely with AI development teams to ensure scalable, high-performing infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in GitLab-based CI/CD, strong cloud experience (AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform), and a solid understanding of containerized environments. This is not a hands-on application development role - rather, it focuses on infrastructure optimization, performance tuning, and deployment automation in a rapidly evolving cloud ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, with a primary focus on GitLab and Argo-based workflows
- Analyze and leverage existing pipeline frameworks, while creating new pipelines for additional use cases
- Partner with AI/ML development teams to right-size infrastructure and ensure efficient scaling of containerized applications
- Monitor and optimize platform performance, resource utilization, and deployment processes
- Support and contribute to the migration of cloud environments from AWS to Google Cloud Platform
- Provide infrastructure guidance around containerization strategies and best practices
- Ensure deployment pipelines are reliable, repeatable, and aligned with organizational standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Document pipeline processes, standards, and operational procedures
QualificationsRequired- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure roles
- Strong hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines, especially with GitLab
- Proven ability to read, understand, and extend existing pipeline architectures
- Experience in at least one major cloud platform: AWS or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with CI/CD or workflows or similar deployment orchestration tools
- Experience working with containerized environments from an infrastructure perspective
- Strong understanding of scalability, system performance, and resource optimization
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or container orchestration platforms
- Exposure to Kore.AI platform
- Background in NLP, machine learning, or AI-driven applications
- Knowledge of SIP or Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies
- Experience supporting or executing cloud migrations (AWS to Google Cloud Platform)
