We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud/Data Cloud, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and enterprise integration architectures. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and engineering teams to design scalable and high-performing enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Leads to refine and understand business requirements.
Design scalable and secure enterprise solutions leveraging cloud-native and SaaS technologies.
Collaborate with domain architects and integration architects to deliver architecture artifacts and solution designs.
Create and present solution sketches, architecture diagrams, and technical recommendations to stakeholders.
Leverage and define architecture patterns for enterprise solutions.
Facilitate meetings and technical discussions with stakeholders, partners, and engineering teams.
Continuously build business and systems domain expertise.
Support Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies across teams.
Required Skills:
Strong architectural and technical experience with ServiceNow.
Expertise with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Experience designing REST APIs that support strong developer experience and seamless system integration.
Experience designing systems leveraging Kafka for messaging and streaming.
Strong understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
Knowledge of normalization, denormalization, sharding, and other data architecture patterns.
Experience designing and developing complex distributed systems.
Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts including concurrency, race conditions, and parallelism.
Experience with modern technologies including Java, JavaScript, Node.js, messaging queues, and cloud/on-prem infrastructure.
Familiarity with software design patterns and architectural best practices.
Strong analytical, estimation, testing, and system design skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working within Agile teams and methodologies.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Contact Center technologies such as Salesforce and Five9.
Experience working on large-scale enterprise systems.
Familiarity with SAFe software development principles.
Experience with distributed caching solutions.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
