Position Details:

Training Specialist- Minnetonka, MN

Location : Minnetonka, MN - 55345

Project Duration : 5+ Months of contract
Pay rate : $30/hr on W2

Work Authorization : USC/

Screening questions:

  • Can you describe your experience delivering training programs or facilitating training sessions for employees or teams?
  • Have you designed or developed any training materials or learning interventions? If yes, what tools or methods did you use?
  • What experience do you have working with managers or stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training programs?

Description:

  • This position is Nonexempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half.
  • Delivers training at a level which requires facilitation of group process in diverse settings; design learning interventions to meet defined needs;
  • works with management to define organizational objectives and design courses to meet those business needs.
  • BS in a learning or closely related discipline, or sufficient practical and transferable experience to demonstrate practical equivalence; understands human learning concepts and has experience designing learning interventions to meet specific business needs.
