Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Commercial Banking and Pricing. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver technology solutions supporting commercial banking pricing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Collaborate with business users, product owners, and development teams to define functional requirements.
Analyze current business processes and recommend process improvements.
Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and UAT sessions.
Support pricing initiatives within the Commercial Banking domain.
Perform gap analysis and impact analysis for new business requirements.
Coordinate with QA teams during testing and validate delivered solutions.
Support project implementation and production deployment activities.
Ensure requirements are delivered in alignment with Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Strong experience in Commercial Banking.
Hands-on experience with Commercial Banking Pricing or Pricing Strategy initiatives.
Expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with Bank of America or other large financial institutions.
Knowledge of commercial lending, treasury services, or banking products.
Experience with SQL for data analysis.
Exposure to digital transformation or banking modernization projects.
