Summary

Overview
NO C2C! We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Banking Business Analyst to support accelerated funding initiatives and drive front-end digital Product growth. This role goes beyond traditional BA/PO responsibilities-requiring someone who thrives in ambiguity, can translate high-level business concepts into actionable deliverables, and plays a critical role in bringing digital banking products to market. The ideal candidate is deeply hands-on, execution-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional digital customer experiences within a regulated financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with product, technology, and digital teams to translate ambiguous business needs into clearly defined user stories, features, and requirements
Support end-to-end product delivery.
Drive digital customer experience (CX) initiatives, focusing on:
Self-service capabilities
KYC (Know Your Customer) processes
Product acquisition journeys
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including:
PI Planning readiness
Backlog grooming
Sprint demos and reviews
Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics and measure outcomes post-launch
Work with product partners to interpret business goals (e.g., targeting specific customer segments) and translate them into digital user experiences and workflows
Break down new product launches into comprehensive digital solutions across the customer journey
Conduct formal requirements gathering and map business objectives to system and product features
Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Tableau for documentation, tracking, and analysis
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Digital Banking or Financial Services
Proven experience working on consumer-facing digital products (mobile/web banking, acquisition funnels, CX initiatives)
Strong experience in Agile environments with hands-on participation in ceremonies
Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity and independently define solutions
Experience translating high-level concepts into user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables
Familiarity with regulated environments (banking/financial services)
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and data/reporting tools (Tableau preferred)
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and digital product design
Preferred Experience in:
Digital banking or mobile banking platforms
Product acquisition and onboarding journeys
Customer experience (CX) transformation initiatives
***Prior experience as a Product Owner (PO) within digital financial services is a plus (with strong BA execution focus)

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong storytelling skills are essential, as the BA must articulate the "why" behind initiatives and define success metrics post-launch.
Experience in digital banking, mobile banking, product acquisition, and UX/UI within a regulated environment is critical. Candidates should be highly hands-on and capable of bringing products to market.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
