  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demonstrations.
  • Help establish sprint goals and support successful delivery of product outcomes.
Requirements & Solution Management
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across business and technology teams.
  • Evaluate current and future-state processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create user stories, process flows, business rules, use cases, and functional requirements.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, assumptions, and cross-functional impacts.
  • Ensure requirements are measurable, testable, and implementation-ready.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and business validation activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery teams during development cycles.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, architects, QA teams, and business partners to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Communicate delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Build relationships across business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance organizations.
  • Support roadmap planning, prioritization, and continuous product improvement efforts.
Risk, Compliance & Operational Excellence
  • Incorporate regulatory, compliance, audit, and operational risk requirements into solution design and delivery.
  • Ensure appropriate consideration of:
    • Data quality and governance
    • Data lineage and controls
    • User access and entitlements
    • Auditability and traceability
    • Operational resilience
    • Exception management
    • Enterprise system integrations and dependencies
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or a related field.
  • Experience managing Agile backlogs and creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working directly with software engineering teams on technology delivery initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, Capital Markets, Lending, CRM, or related financial services domains.
  • Familiarity with wholesale, institutional, or commercial banking processes.
  • Experience supporting lending lifecycle management, deal management, credit workflows, relationship management, or operational banking processes.
  • Experience with one or more of the following platforms:

  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, enterprise architecture, and data flow concepts.
  • Experience working in regulated financial services environments.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
What We're Looking For
  • A product-minded professional who can bridge business strategy and technical execution.
  • Someone who can independently develop high-quality requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • A collaborative partner who enjoys working directly with engineers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong systems thinker with an understanding of enterprise platforms and integrations.
  • Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
  • Demonstrated ownership, attention to detail, and continuous improvement mindset.
