About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner / Data Management Analyst to lead product documentation, Agile delivery support, and stakeholder engagement for complex enterprise applications and platforms. This role combines product ownership, technical communication, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that product capabilities, processes, and technical requirements are clearly documented, effectively managed, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced in Agile product environments, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into scalable, user-friendly documentation and actionable product requirements.
Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Agile Delivery
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to support product strategy and roadmap execution.
  • Create, refine, and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Advocate for end-user needs and ensure product solutions deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Drive alignment between technical delivery teams and business objectives.
Documentation Strategy & Content Management
  • Own and execute the documentation strategy for assigned products and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including:
    • User guides
    • Knowledge base articles
    • Process documentation and job aids
    • FAQs
    • Technical and operational procedures
  • Ensure documentation remains accurate, scalable, and synchronized with product releases and enhancements.
  • Manage and maintain enterprise documentation repositories within Confluence and SharePoint.
  • Establish documentation standards, governance practices, and content lifecycle processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Application Managers, Engineers, Developers, Architects, and Program Managers.
  • Gather business and technical requirements to ensure documentation and product deliverables accurately reflect system functionality.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives through clear documentation and training materials.
Technical Communication
  • Translate complex technical concepts into concise and user-friendly content for diverse audiences.
  • Create documentation tailored to engineers, application managers, operations teams, and end users.
  • Support API and developer-facing documentation initiatives.
  • Promote documentation best practices that improve usability, knowledge sharing, and operational efficiency.
Content Governance & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for content standardization and reuse across products and teams.
  • Establish consistent documentation structures, templates, and quality standards.
  • Monitor documentation effectiveness and implement improvements based on user feedback and business needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in content management processes and user experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Support, Technical Writing, Product Delivery, Business Analysis, or related disciplines.
  • 2+ years of experience serving as a Product Owner within Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience supporting product development, software delivery, or enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing complex documentation and content repositories.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Technical Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Technical Skills
  • Experience working with enterprise applications, technical platforms, and complex system architectures.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience creating technical, operational, and user-facing documentation.
  • Familiarity with API documentation and developer-focused content.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or highly regulated industries.
  • Experience supporting engineering platforms, developer tools, or cloud-based applications.
  • Strong understanding of data management, governance, and operational processes.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMP, or similar Agile/Project Management certification.
  • Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms including SharePoint and Confluence.
