Job Opportunity: Techno-Functional Consultant – Oracle Item Master & Stibo

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Item Master, Oracle Fusion PIM, Stibo STEP, and Supply Chain Master Data Management (MDM). In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, governance, and implementation of enterprise-wide product master data solutions.
As the subject matter expert, you will define product data strategy, SKU design, item governance, attribute management, and classifications. You will also oversee the seamless integration between Oracle Item Master and broader enterprise systems to ensure product data flawlessly supports planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Strategy & Architecture: Serve as the enterprise authority on product data strategy, SKU structures, and numbering conventions.
System Configuration: Hands-on configuration and implementation of Stibo STEP and Oracle Fusion Product Information Management (PIM) / Item Master.
Governance & Standards: Define and implement robust data governance, data quality standards, and product lifecycle management (PLM) processes.
Cross-Functional Integration: Integrate Oracle Fusion PIM with other enterprise applications using APIs and middleware.
Business Alignment: Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex product and supply chain requirements into scalable, clean master data solutions.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of dedicated experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Product Information Management (PIM), or Supply Chain Master Data.
Oracle Expertise: Strong, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion PIM and Oracle Item Master (with a solid understanding of both On-Premise and Fusion environments).
Stibo Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in Stibo STEP configuration and implementation.
Core MDM Design Skills: Proven track record designing and governing:
SKU structures and numbering conventions.
Product hierarchies, classifications, item classes, and templates.
Rich item attributes and lifecycle management processes.
Supply Chain Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of how master data impacts downstream SCM processes, including:
Inventory Management & Planning
Procurement & Manufacturing
Order Management & Fulfillment
Integration & Tech Skills: Solid experience integrating Oracle Fusion with other systems using APIs and middleware.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry Experience: High-Tech, Telecom, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, or Retail sectors.
Oracle SCM Ecosystem: Familiarity with Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Planning).
Data Transformation: Experience leading data migration, SKU rationalization, and product master harmonization initiatives.
Certifications: Oracle Cloud / Fusion PIM certifications are a strong plus.
