Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-driven and proactive
IT Project Manager to join our Enterprise PMO (ePMO) and support critical cybersecurity initiatives. In this fully remote role, you will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to drive project deliverables, maintain rigorous documentation, manage risks, and keep cross-functional cybersecurity projects on track.
Core Responsibilities- Project Tracking & Execution: Drive project workflows to ensure milestones and deliverables are met, maintaining agility to pivot when priorities shift.
- Documentation & Governance: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, update ePMO tools (such as PPM and ADO), and manage status reports, RAID logs, and decision logs.
- Meeting & Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate structured meetings, set clear agendas, capture key decisions and action items, and provide clear, proactive communication across teams.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues early, formulate robust mitigation strategies, and escalate off-track items appropriately.
Qualifications & Requirements- Experience: 1-4 years of relevant professional work experience in an IT or healthcare environment, with a strong background in administrative or project coordination.
- Technical Familiarity: Exposure to cybersecurity or IT infrastructure projects, with the ability to understand technical conversations and translate them for stakeholders.
- Documentation & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a heavy emphasis on documentation management, organization, and professional remote etiquette.
- Tools & Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint), with familiarity in PPM, Azure DevOps (ADO), or similar project management platforms.
