Work Arrangement: 3 day in office with 2 day WFH

About the Role
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Spring-based frameworks, microservices architecture, multithreading, and SQL databases.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java.
Build and enhance microservices-based architectures using Spring / Spring Boot.
Implement efficient multithreading and concurrency solutions to handle high-volume transactions.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database interactions.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a focus on root cause analysis.
Follow best practices for clean code, security, and performance tuning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
Strong experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred).
Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
In-depth knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and thread safety.
Strong experience working with SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
Experience with JPA / Hibernate or similar ORM frameworks.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Compensation
Hourly Rate: 60$-65$ per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
