Summary
This role serves as the primary contact for troubleshooting and diagnostic support for software and hardware issues related to CI Command products. It involves supporting ongoing NPI/CPI Product Support activities and contributing to product support deliverables for NPI programs.
 
Responsibilities
  • Provide troubleshooting and diagnostic support for software and on-board hardware issues.
  • Support ongoing NPI/CPI Product Support activities for CI Command.
  • Resolve open DSN tickets daily.
  • Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to progress product support deliverables for NPI programs.
  • Collaborate with a global internal team both independently and in a team setting.
 
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an Associate degree with 8-10 years of system troubleshooting experience.
  • Master’s Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience is also acceptable.
  • Proficiency in technical problem-solving and knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
 
Skills
  • Experience with construction equipment technology solutions.
  • Experience with jobsite networking infrastructure.
  • Experience with automotive or mobile equipment telematics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to form strong relationships within partner organizations.
  • Ability to take initiative and learn quickly.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $63.00 - $64.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
