Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer (Reliability and Maintainability) - In this role, you will be conducting design analysis and system modeling, applying system engineering principles with emphasis on Reliability and Maintainability (R&M). The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of performing R&M predictions, Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), and failure analysis. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications

Experience and/or coursework with Reliability
and Maintainability engineering processes is
required.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering,
Mathematics, or Physics degree.

access.

Desired skills

Familiarity with system engineering processes,
including top-down design, requirements
allocation/traceability, and integrated test
approach
- Experience in working within an integrated
team environment
- Experience with writing formal technical
documentation
- Ability to interpret technical drawings,
requirements, and documentation

Ability to work remotely

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
