Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Details- Supervise and lead hourly maintenance mechanics and facilities personnel including goal setting, training, performance management, coaching, scheduling, and safety compliance.
- Direct preparation of specifications, layouts, drawings, and cost estimates for facility requirements and improvements.
- Plan, organize, and administer Maintenance and Facilities systems, procedures, budgets, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and OSHA regulations.
- Oversee the purchasing of plant non-inventoried materials and facility-related supplies.
- Administer and maintain preventive maintenance programs, including development and execution of PM schedules.
