Job Title: Oracle EPM Project Manager

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite, Local Candidates Only)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Project Manager to lead enterprise Finance Transformation initiatives for a major client. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing Oracle EPM and Workday projects, ERP transformation programs, and cross-functional finance technology initiatives.

Required Skills

8+ years of Project/Program Management experience
Strong Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) experience
Hands-on Workday Financials/Workday implementation experience
Finance Transformation and ERP Transformation experience
Accounting or Finance domain background
Experience managing large cross-functional projects and portfolios
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Strong governance, risk management, budgeting, and project planning experience
Bachelor''''s Degree required

Preferred Skills

Oracle Hyperion / Oracle Planning
Oracle Fusion ERP
Anaplan
PMP Certification
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Agile methodology
Aviation industry experience
