We are seeking an Adobe Workfront Architect - Manager who prioritizes Process over Platform. In this strategic role , you will lead our clients through complex Marketing Transformations by first identifying and re-engineering inefficient business processes.

You will be responsible for ensuring that every Workfront implementation is built upon a foundation of lean, optimized business logic.
Your Key Responsibilities
Business Process Re-engineering (BPR): Lead high-impact workshops to map, analyze, and simplify current-state marketing operations. You will be expected to "fix the process" on the whiteboard before translating it into a technical solution.
Solution Architecture: Design scalable Workfront architectures that reflect optimized business workflows, ensuring global consistency across multi-national enterprise deployments.
The "Process-Driven" Content Supply Chain: Architect the end-to-end journey from brief to distribution, using Adobe GenStudio and Firefly not just as tools, but as catalysts for new, faster ways of working.
Automation & Fusion: Design sophisticated integrations via Workfront Fusion that enforce process compliance and eliminate manual data reentry across the enterprise ecosystem (AEM, SAP, Salesforce).
Governance Frameworks: Establish firm-wide standards for Workfront configuration that prioritize data integrity and auditability, particularly for clients in highly regulated industries.
Pursuit Leadership: Lead the sales lifecycle by defining the strategic vision, estimating project effort based on process complexity, and authoring compelling Statements of Work (SOWs).
Team Mentorship: Coach junior consultants on the "Process-First" methodology, fostering a culture where technical skills are balanced with deep business acumen.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Systems Thinking: The ability to see the "big picture" and understand how a change in one part of the marketing process impacts the entire content ecosystem.
Consultative Authority: Confidence in challenging a client s existing, inefficient processes and providing a clear, evidence-based roadmap for transformation.
Change Management: Expertise in navigating organizational inertia and leading teams through the cultural shift required by digital transformation.
