Job Description- Develop and implement state-of-the-art Generative AI models to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing technology platforms.
- Conduct research to identify new algorithms and technologies that enhance AI capabilities.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve model performance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives.
- Document research findings and present them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Research Scientist - GenAI should have:
- A strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar tools.
- Experience with designing and deploying Generative AI models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex datasets.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and present findings.
