About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced
Epic Cupid Consultant to support an upcoming Epic go-live scheduled for
May 30, 2026. This role begins
ASAP, with an anticipated end date of
June 30, 2026. You will play a key role in supporting cardiovascular workflows in both invasive and non-invasive spaces and assisting with Cupid build, testing, and go-live readiness.
This is an exciting chance to contribute to a large-scale Epic implementation alongside a collaborative team of certified analysts.
Responsibilities- Provide Epic Cupid build, configuration, and support for invasive and noninvasive cardiology workflows.
- Contribute to system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and readiness activities leading up to go-live.
- Collaborate with clinical informatics, IT analysts, and project leadership to ensure a smooth implementation.
- Participate in onsite support one week per month (typically Tuesday-Thursday).
- Assist with post-go-live stabilization through June 2026.
Top Skills & QualificationsRequired- Strong Epic Cupid build and support experience.
- Background in invasive and/or noninvasive cardiology workflows.
- Availability for monthly onsite travel (expenses covered).
Preferred- Previous experience with Epic new enterprise or big-bang go-lives.
- Proven success supporting large healthcare system implementations.
Work Environment- Join a team of four existing Cupid Analysts contributing to a major enterprise Epic deployment.
- Standard hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm CST.
- Hybrid role with regular remote work and periodic onsite collaboration.
