Internal title is BSA but more systems adm/app support for 100+ applications in several smaller business units - need their own tech lead resource who can troubleshoot and act as level 3 support but also coordinate with different group and outside vendors - good skill level with proxy servers and Windows AD and cyber (initial assessments) and DNS; have MS certs and be able to talk to people and coordinate projects
We are seeking a highly skilled, technical-minded IT Business Systems Analyst to provide comprehensive services and support for our Corporate Business Units (CBUs) line of business applications. I.E., front and backend. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, enabling the effective maintenance and support of applications critical to business operations.
Position Specific Description: This person will be responsible for acknowledging, evaluating, and resolving service tickets within SLA agreements. The IT Systems Analyst must have exemplary problem-solving skills needed to evaluate root cause issues and Position solve complex functional, configuration, and technical system issues. The role will interface with business users, requiring excellent communication, relationship management, and time management skills. It is preferred that candidates have a working knowledge with Service Now.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between CBUs and IT, facilitating communication and support.
Support key applications working with vendors and the business.
Provide first-tier functional and technical support to end users.
Execute SQL scripts for data management and troubleshooting.
Understand and analyze applications and environment logs.
Administer Windows servers and support on-premises windows and RE Linux based applications.
Assist with cloud solutions maintenance and migrations.
Analyze business processes and identify technology opportunities to reduce operational and licensing cost.
Design and implement IT solutions to meet customer needs and business goals.
Establish and manage effective customer relationships with system users and other IT technical team members.
Apply advanced analytical skills to decompose work into manageable value-based units.
Respond to requests, identify conflicts, and make recommendations.
Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems.
Identify interdependencies and functional gaps in business processes.
Build a strong understanding of technical solutions and analyze failure points.
Contribute to the application QA testing process and support end users.
Create, and maintain project documentation.
Maintain familiarity with technology market trends.
Demonstrate ownership of all assigned tasks, including project related work.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Candidates applying for this position must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the following areas:
Strong understanding of business processes and practices related to various corporate staff business units.
Exemplary problem-solving skills, especially for complex issues.
Strong ability to gather, evaluate, decompose, and prioritize business needs (creation of BRDs).
Experience supporting applications with SSO integration.
Strong attention to detail, highly self-motivated, proactive, and directed.
Strong customer focus - able to build and foster customer relations through effective communication.
Data analytics and dashboarding skills. I.E. Power BI and MS Power Apps.
Strong test lead skills (test management, planning, execution, oversight).
Experience with cutover planning and change management systems.
Sarbanes-Oxley compliance (SOX) controls experience.
Agile working experience.
Expert level proficiency in Windows OS and Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Experience supporting Windows infrastructure, Windows Server & client OS, AD, Oracle, MS SQL and understanding computer architecture aspects (databases, ETLs, applications, network infrastructure, firewalls, etc.).
Experience with Cybersecurity applications and security stack.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
