Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to design, implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, production control, and order management.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
Configure and support Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management modules.
Work on Sales Order Management, Purchase Order Management, and Production Control.
Configure Master Planning and Demand Forecasting.
Support integrations between D365 SCM and third-party applications.
Work with technical teams on X++, APIs, Power Platform, and data migration.
Perform functional testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and production support.
Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.

Required Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Expertise in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM).
Procurement and Sourcing.
Inventory Management.
Warehouse Management (WMS).
Master Planning and Demand Forecasting.
Production Control and Manufacturing.
Sales and Purchase Order Management.
Product Information Management.
Transportation Management.
Data Management Framework (DMF).
Power BI and Power Platform knowledge.
Experience with integrations and data migration.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-330 or relevant certifications).
Experience with full-cycle D365 implementation projects.
Knowledge of X++, SQL, REST APIs, and Azure integrations.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Candidate Requirements

Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes.
Ability to independently handle client discussions and requirements.
Experience in implementation, configuration, customization, and support.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
