Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong Go/Golang expertise to help design, build, and scale cloud native applications, internal platforms, and infrastructure focused solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys working across backend development, cloud infrastructure, and modern engineering practices while contributing to high impact initiatives.

In this position, you will develop scalable backend services, build and integrate APIs, contribute to frontend functionality, and help improve platform reliability and performance. You will work closely with engineering, data, and cloud operations teams to deliver solutions across multiple products while leveraging AI assisted development tools to increase efficiency and accelerate delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go/Golang
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and cloud native applications
• Contribute to frontend development using modern JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks
• Develop solutions within Google Cloud Platform environments, including cloud native services and infrastructure tooling
• Create automation and platform engineering solutions that improve operational efficiency and scalability
• Partner with engineering, data, and cloud operations teams to deliver reliable and high performing applications
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical planning, code reviews, and engineering best practice initiatives
• Leverage AI assisted development tools for coding, debugging, refactoring, and research while validating output quality and technical accuracy

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise environments
• Strong hands on experience developing production applications with Go/Golang
• Proven experience building scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform, and familiarity with AWS or Azure environments
• Strong Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience required
• Experience with Docker, containerized applications, and cloud native architectures
• Professional experience using AI coding assistants within software development workflows and the ability to evaluate AI generated code critically
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem solving, and systems thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform services including Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Workflows, and Cloud Monitoring
• Experience with React, TypeScript, or other modern frontend frameworks such as Vue, Angular, or Next.js
• Experience supporting cloud optimization, resource efficiency, or infrastructure visibility initiatives
• Exposure to cloud telemetry, usage analytics, billing platforms, or resource management solutions
• Experience building internal developer platforms or platform engineering solutions
• Familiarity with large scale analytics environments and data platforms
• Exposure to Java or JVM based ecosystems
• Experience working across multiple products and complex technical environments
