Summary

Required Skills and Experience:

At least (3) years BA IT experience in working with (i.e., designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining)
Exposure to tools like JIRA, TFS, DevOps, Confluence, or Trello for managing requirements and tasks.
Technical business analyst experiences managing several projects simultaneously. Understanding of how databases work and basic querying skills, Webservices or API works and UI Wireframes development
Familiar with data analysis tools like SQL, Excel (advanced functions), or basic visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Proficient in using Excel for data analysis, Word for documentation, and PowerPoint for presentations.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies through training or certification, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Experience in managing and execution of multiple related operational requests / projects simultaneously.
Experience working in a matrixed environment.

Knowledge of Payment Portal implementation with FMIS Integration
