This is a fulltime opportunity for a Technical Product Manager III to lead the development and delivery of advanced technology solutions that create meaningful business impact and improve user experiences.   • 8+ years of experience in product management, including ownership of sophisticated, enterprise level products
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering and architecture teams
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements
  • Demonstrated experience managing product lifecycles from planning through delivery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Background in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or banking
  • Experience with billing systems, payment processing, or policy administration platforms
  • Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation (A/B testing), and customer journey mapping
  • Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI/GenAI, cloud computing, or automation tools
  • Experience mentoring or guiding other product professionals

  • Drive the full product lifecycle, including ideation, planning, development, and optimization
  • Define product strategy, roadmaps, and key performance indicators
  • Partner with cross functional teams to prioritize and deliver initiatives
  • Build and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Leverage customer insights, data, and research to guide decision making
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance standards
  • Support systems related to billing, payments, collections, and customer servicing
  • Communicate product updates and strategy to both technical and business audiences
  • Participate in evaluating and adopting innovative technologies
