Job Description: This role will support two current Health projects:
· Centralized CSOM (Controlled Substance Order Monitoring) + Licensing
· Knowledge Assistant
Centralized CSOM (Controlled Substance Order Monitoring) + Licensing
Build out SAP Global Trade Solution (GTS) as a centralized technology platform for CSOM and license validation and maintenance. Implement SAP GTS for the 3PL business.
Knowledge Assistant
Implement new functionality and features for Knowledge Assistant, an internal AI tool. Design and execute an OCM approach to encourage and reinforce sustained use of the expanded capabilities. Foster and measure ongoing broader use of AI capabilities the tool provides. Provide creativity, thought leadership and recommendations to drive continuing incorporation of AI capabilities into how people work at Cardinal Health.
Role description
· Provide OCM support for these in-flight projects, preparing and guiding multiple stakeholder groups to understand, adopt and successfully use the new solutions.
· Review existing project team perspective on stakeholder groups and associated change impacts; determine and pursue any additional analysis needed for holistic understanding of who is affected and how.
· Collaborate across multiple functions (e.g., Project Management, Learning teams, external implementation partner, internal subject matter experts, project executive sponsors) to foster alignment and achieve needed outcomes.
· Develop an overall change vision and strategy, followed by a detailed plan to address the people's side of each project.
· Execute the change plan, in context of each project’s milestones and scope, in concert with all involved resources, and with a bias toward gathering feedback and refining or pivoting the change approach if needed.
· Leverage OCM best practices and tailor plan elements effectively for this project.
· Contribute to measuring project outcomes, including metrics such as user readiness and adoption.
· Deliver documented lessons learned and final recommendations as part of completing the engagement.
Qualifications
· Demonstrated experience applying OCM methodology and techniques to contribute to project objectives
· Ability to work independently and to proactively and correctly apply new insights
· Highly collaborative, working smoothly with technical and business resources at multiple levels of the organization
· Adaptability to adjust approach and accommodate new discoveries, project changes, etc.
· Fluency in U.S. English; ability to converse with a variety of stakeholders and write employee-facing content that will require minimal editing
· Experience with SAP implementations, particularly GTS, preferred
· Experience with AI tools and driving AI adoption preferred
· Prosci® Change Management certification preferred
· Experience in healthcare
