Location: Morristown, NJ or Bloomfield, CT (Onsite / Hybrid)

We need a product owner who builds, not just documents. You'll use AI tools to turn
business requirements from customers and end users into working prototypes before
engineering kickoff. You must have made the move from BA/PO work into hands-on
prototyping, and you ship working prototypes independently.
What you'll do
Build end-to-end feature prototypes and proofs of concept with AI-assisted tools
Define user journeys and acceptance criteria, delivered as working code, APIs, and UI
flows
Hand engineering working reference implementations instead of spec documents
Ramp up quickly on enterprise workflows
Run basic testing, integration, and deployment checks on Python and JS/TS stacks
What you bring
5–8+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or
Technical PM
Daily hands-on use of AI developer tools to get your job done
Comfort reading and writing Python or JavaScript/TypeScript; solid grasp of RESTAPIs
and cloud/web architecture
A record of taking initiatives from raw requirements to a validated, running product
Strong analytical skills and quick ramp-up on complex domains
