We own the end-to-end monetization lifecycle-from strategy development through launch execution-and partner closely with Engineering, Product Marketing, Finance, and Operations to bring products and services to market.
We are seeking a
Business Planning Project Manager (BP PM) to support pricing workstreams, launch operations, and cross-functional coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys analytical problem-solving, and excels in a highly matrixed environment.
You will work closely with a dedicated Business Planner while supporting the broader team, contributing to five core workstreams that ensure our monetization strategies land successfully and compliantly.
ResponsibilitiesThe BP PM will support five key buckets of work:
1. Pricing Support & Analysis- Support ongoing pricing discussions using established frameworks.
- Validate data, verify pricing, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Develop deep product understanding by working closely with Business Planners and cross-functional partners.
- Synthesize data and insights to support pricing recommendations.
2. Launch Operations & Stakeholder Support- Partner with Business Planners and Operations to support launch execution, especially for launches without dedicated Operations vendor support (approx. 31%).
- Manage operational tasks such as:
- Control Tower card updates
- Change Requests
- Pre-production ICM creation and updates
- Change Summary validation
- Exception process management
- Provide PM support for Engineering (meter minting/reporting) and Business Planners (OBI recommendations, systems issue tracking).
3. Meeting Coordination & Cross-Functional Alignment- Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings, leadership reviews, and team syncs.
- Attend launch-related meetings on behalf of Business Planners, relay updates, and advocate for resource prioritization.
- Ensure clear communication across Engineering, PMM, Finance, and Operations.
4. Team Enhancements, Improvements & Special Projects- Support strategic initiatives, best-practice sharing, and process improvements.
- Assist with onboarding new Business Planners by connecting them to key resources and stakeholders.
- Contribute to team-wide operational excellence efforts.
5. Project & Review Tracker Management- Maintain and update the Project Tracker for initiatives not yet in Control Tower.
- Flag topics ready for review and coordinate scheduling for VP-level standing reviews.
- Partner with Business Planners to ensure visibility and alignment across all tracked work.
Typical Day in the Role- Majority of time spent on pricing support, launch operations, and cross-functional coordination.
- Monthly cadence of support for team enhancements and Project Tracker updates.
- Regular collaboration with a close-knit, highly supportive team.
- Frequent interaction with Engineering, PMM, Finance, and Operations stakeholders.

Required Qualifications- 4-8 years of project management experience.
- PMI certification required.
- Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
- 4-6 years of experience in data analysis and synthesis.
- 4-6 years of cross-functional collaboration experience.
- 4+ years supporting product launches and using project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with external vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
